Any input on previous cases would be helpful! What should I expect? (Not sure it makes any difference but I have been a HH Gold for 3 years in a row)

I think the rate you already paid should be honored. Pre paid means you have already paid for it (as in advanced purchase rate that was offered at the time you booked it). The advanced purchase rate doe not allow changes or cancellations. So, I am assuming you have not made any changes, correct?

If this is all true, you should be fine. However, you may want to call in and ask to speak with a supervisor to clarify your situation so you don't have any surprises upon arrival.

You don't need a 'case opened' you need to speak directly with a supervisor and make sure you notate their name.
