Hi,
I was checking a reservation I had for Hilton Bogota, I booked it under the Great Getaway Promo on september 9th (the stay is due sept 20th). And now the total shows on my reservation profile shows over $1,200 USD. When originally it was 575.76 USD (that's what my confirmation e-mail shows remember it's a prepaid rate!) for a total of 3 nights.

Moreover, my credit card bill shows a charge of $606 USD.
I just got off the phone with a Customer representative and she filed the case and sent it to the hotel manager in Bogota. According to her the hotel changed the rate after I booked it and got my confirmation e-mail.
Have you been on this kind of situation? My main concern is that they take up to 3 business days to resolve it and I travel in 4 business days.
Any input on previous cases would be helpful! What should I expect? (Not sure it makes any difference but I have been a HH Gold for 3 years in a row)
