That's not exactly true. I didn't mention the bird poops at all. I think that's the most serious issue.
Anyway, I have never filed a complain before and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. This is my first hotel stay ever that convinced me to write a letter to the GM.
Regardless whether I would get any additional compensation, I feel that at least the GM shall make a reply to me for a letter like that...
