Both will take the same time. You walk to the train station and either take the free train shuttle to T4 or the free train shuttle to T5. The two shuttles have mostly the same frequency (every 15 minutes) and about the same duration.
Hilton also has a long (covered) walk from t4, not sure about the other
There is also a HOPA bus connecting local hotels/motels but i would say the Hilton t4 is the best fora 7 hr layover
