Our 3+ year old Blackberries are starting to give up the ghost and we've suffered some major CS lapses from T-Mo in the last 6-12 months or so. Plus, we've seen a bit of bill creep over the years (my fault, not T-Mo's, I know) that has pretty much made our T-Mo bill nearly equal to projected Verizon bill with two new iPhones.
While I've always appreciated T-Mo's cheap turn-on/turn-off international email (formerly all data) roaming, I'll miss it when we switch over (likely to Verizon) to iPhone 5.
Supposedly, T-Mobile will roll out LTE networks using the same bands supported by teh AT&T SKU of the iPhone 5.
Don't know when T-Mobile will roll that out though. They may not keep low pricing if they put up an expensive new network.
