First, a review of our flight AA1808 for Septemeber 6, indeed, indicates we had an employee in our premium cabin. While an employee, this was not a pleasure trip. In this case, we needed our particular personnel in place for their immediate next assignment. In such circumstances, American will confirm employees for premium class travel with their appropriate priority.

Also, just to let you know, we had 10 non-revenue passengers listed to travel for pleasure. None of these travelers were confirmed for the premium cabin and only 6 got confirmed to travel. I regret any misunderstanding. Still, your comments enable us to understand things from our customers' perspective. I have forwarded a copy of your email to our appropriate management staff and am certain that your comments will be used constructively.
