I would just ask for the name of the agents and document it yourself, if it ever shows up online with you having an F seat I would suggest printing a screenshot + the itin out showing this. I would check in (as soon as you can) and call immediately if it (system) switched you back to C or Y. To be honest i'd probably PM UAInsider since its a glitch.
