Not sure why you needed to go to the lounge to do this? If you're travelling on business and booking connections that are somewhat tight, I'd recommend you kit yourself up with a means to send/receive email on the hoof. There's usually a good 20 minutes or so to write/send/receive emails while sat in your seat waiting for the doors to close?
