There is a tendency amongst frequent flyers when in unfamiliar airports to dash around not looking at signs as if they know where they're going as it doesn't sit well being in an unfamiliar airport.
Yeah, funny how it never goes wrong at MUC, ZRH etc, isn't it? Could it just be that T5 is not very user friendly?
