I'm not going to be popular for saying it but for me it's a Blackberry Bold, however I do only do Email and Calendar on it as I use very few other apps. I've tried using swype and android, iPhone, WP7, Palm etc. for onscreen keyboards but nothing replaces a Bold for me.
