I always recommend the last row for a few reasons. First, the pitch is generous enough that kicking the seat is not an issue up there. If you child cries, you're not "on display" to the other passengers. Jumping in he lab quickly means muffling the sound, changing a diaper or just a change of scenery, which can distract a toddler to stop or reduce the crying. Also, with an active one, you may want to do "aisle laps" to tire, distract and occupy your little one. Make sure no meal service is going on.

Is he a lap baby? Keep him close and watch out for coffe pots and other potential hazards.
