I was there in February 2011 and they were kind of jerks at this one place off of the Leidseplein. Really freaking annoying.

So I was wondering, where are the "high-class"/"better-quality" coffee shops in Amsterdam, where they'll actually be respectful to the customers and not just depend on the incessant stream of clueless tourist traffic & use that as an excuse for sloppy customer service?
