A Mileage run question

Being a bit short of miles this year for retaining my lounge access I am considering a couple of additional flights using the terms of the QF/BA JSA. And while I do carry travel insurance and allow more than the minimum connecting times I really would prefer to avoid unneeded aggravation. Though flights must be a BA flight numbers or I lose 50% of the flight mileage

The routing on two tickets SIN(BA0015) SYD(BA0016)-SIN arriving 21:35
connecting SIN(BA7376/QF0072)PER departing 23:35

The questions:
Are there issues on the domestic routing SYD-PER traveling via SIN?
OR
Is there an easy way I can get BA to issue a V class ticket (which is the minimum class that will give me the EQP for AA I need) for a SYD-BNE(BA7351/QF51)SIN routing which arrives in SIN at 19:30?
They currently offer N class and I would need to call the SIN office and pay the phone booking charge.

The on-time history of both BA16 and QF51 are quite reasonable.

I suppose I could use a SIN TA but I sort of want to get the reduced price offer to WT+ from the BA MMB screen (at least on BA0015).

Thoughts from the group as I wonder about wandering
