If you are coming November to April then I think you could not go wrong with the inland sea. This would be a must see. However, if you are traveling with small children then you might want to skip the Dune bashing part of the trip.
Thanks - no kids, and won't be travelling until December so I think the weather should be perfect. Not sure if that "Arabian Night Safari" tour hits the Inland Sea (see above re lack of detail...) but there are also the Inland Sea Safari and Dune Discovery options, or just figure out some other way I'm sure.
