Worse is arriving on 2 hou delayed flight to find exit to terminal locked (at 12.30 am), and nobody around to sort it. Resorted to customs phone and searching for a BAA contact number w/o success before someone was found - then 10 minutes for him to call someone landslide to unlock the doors...
Not BA's fault, but didn't stop some other passengers swearing never to fly BA again.
