A: Yes.

And they will not have the slightest issue with you having a Jordanian stamp, be it from crossing at the Allenby Bridge etc or any other port of entry.

The UAE, and Dubai in particular, are not especially bothered about Israel, and are only likely to take issue with you if you are Israeli... since the 2010 Hamas assassination incident they have become a little more investigative and twitchy about people entering on other passports who they think may also hold Israeli passports, but before then they did not even give a damn about that.

Indeed in the past Israeli government ministers and officials have even openly visited the UAE on official business.
