Yes, I actually called DL SIN and sat with them on the phone for 20 minutes+. First, they are MUCH MORE HELPFUL (^) than the DM desk. But, even they could not work around it .

Tell me about it. It's there, I see it, AF sees it, EF sees it, KVS sees it... DL.com? nada. DL agents also can't see it.
I talked first to the DM desk last night and the agent was almost yelling at me for pointing out that I am correct, and suggesting her to verify that using the KM button (For which she replies: "I know my job well, sir". I never questioned anyone's knowledge, but after she put me on hold, she did come back and told me I was correct.)

there is some sort of communication issue between AF and outside of AF, explaining even why EF does not see O when it's there. AF seems to be the issue.
Issues are coming to place when people are not paying attention to details. It's time that the IT people would pay attention to details.
