A bit late to the party here, but I tried them yesterday.

A couple of gripes:

- why it is such a bumpy ride? It seems the tracks were built on the cheap by sticking a series of straight sections together like I used to do with Lego when I was 8. Would it have been that much more expensive to do it properly?

- when exiting the car park, if you follow the sign to the M4 it directs you through the airport instead of round via the M25 which I'm sure would have been quicker.

Otherwise, an excellent system, and looking forward to its extension to other parts of LHR.

Incidentally, the two pods I took were different: one seated 6 (3 opposite 3, although they would have to be 3 slimmer-than-average people), and the other one seated 4 (2 seats with an armrest separating them, opposite 2 tip-up seats). The latter would suit a couple with lots of luggage. But I didn't see anything explaining that two different configurations were available.
