Great crews: 2 or 3 but esp one ex PRG (slickest and friendliest service I have ever seen and CE was full so it can be done!)
Average / boring / just going through the motions: most
Terrible crews: 0
Interactions with customer service: a few (but not to complain)
Total compensation from BA: 0 and nothing claimed
Gate A10: 0
Final word: an uneventful year which is good but their LH CW product just doesn't do it for me when I have the choice of Middle Eastern or Far Eastern carriers.
