my last 12 months with BA looks like this

Just 4 ET with out checked bags, so bags checked 22 times

Total number of upgrades: 0

Total number of special recognitions: 0 - not that i should

Total number of problems with luggage: 0 - in fact apart from ATL i barely ever have to wait at all!

Total number of flights delayed by more than 2 hours: 1 cancellation, dealt with very well by MXP lounge staff

Total number of flights diverted: 0

Total number of small problems on the plane: 1 if you include OF tape recorder kept ejecting into my leg

Great crews: 2-3, Terrible crews 0

Interactions with costumer service: 2
a.complained about cleanliness - standard email reply
b.complained to senior management about cleanliness - phone call from VdP assistant

Total compensation from BA:
1 x 10000 miles for cleanliness issue


Bottom line:
I seem to be bloody lucky with my luggage and delays etc! (or the OP is very unlucky)
