FWIW, to anyone, I used Hyatts in Cancun in Septembers during a couple of FFN promo earning periods. High $50s, low $60s. Similar rates, when I checked other non-all-inclusive major chain hotels there. September is a really low period for Cancun. There were three rooms occupied in the HR when I last stayed. Intensely hot through the day, and rather more uncertain weather than other times of year. (The point here is to offer calibration.) But if one plays at night and sleeps through the day...
