I am looking for some guidance please.

The skywards website is very difficult to access. I am turning to public forums because it is SO hard to get in touch with these people - It's almost like a policy that they don't want to be contacted!!

I have the following problem of the endless loop:

I recently flew myself and several family members to the UK from Aus on Emirates. Afterwards I decide to join their Skywards rewards program, which swiftly tells me I am "already a member" and to retrieve my password with retrieve password button- I do this to be greeted with a message that says - "We cannot retrieve your details"...

The only contact information I have is a FAX number (come on who uses faxes - please !!!) for a contact centre in Melbourne. BTW I did finally give in and sent a fax (unanswered of course!!)

I have to fly to London again on business and currently would not choose to fly Emirates. surely this must be fixable?? If it were my business I'd want every reason for a customer who has spent thousands of dollars to be a repeat customer !!

Anyone else had this.. Any further contact details appreciated
