Hmm... sh!t in, sh!t out, you say? I doubt the DVB just relies on a verbal account (from an excited duty manager and his checkin agent who by that time must have gone thru 2-3 rounds of heated discussions with the customer already

) and would probably ask to see the documents (passport & visa) and the booking info before making a decision...
