Incorrect. If you are, say, group 2 and arrive in the middle of group 3, you board with group 3 on the blue carpet. If you arrive in the middle of groups 4 or later, which use the general boarding lane, you proceed to the blue carpet (PA lane) and bypass the general boarding line.
