I did try to redo the booking. The price was coming up as 1,234 YTL, which I thought wasn't too bad and tried to book it. But it wouldn't let me pay, so I had to phone in. The phone staff then tried to charge me €750 for the same flights.

In the end I managed to book the ticket about 24 hours later - for 1,050 YTL, so I actually paid less in the end.

However, I still have not had the promised 'urgent' response from Customer Relations.
