Nope, I went round and round on just last month. With the demise of the Amex Platinum lounge access last fall, I took the PP card offer at first. Last year they were waiving the first years fee. That gave me a year to figure out what to do next. I applied for the Business United MP Club card on-line and I'm going to cancel the personal PP card once I have the current balance paid off and before the next annual fee comes do.
Surprisingly I applied for the United Business MP Club on-line and was immediately approved. I did not expect on-line approval, but I was and the Card showed up in about 1 week.
