However, for accounting reasons, it would be better to be able to pay for my ticket with one form of payment and for hers with a different one. Alex says: You may only use one credit card per reservation. If you have more than one traveler and want to pay with separate credit cards, we recommend booking separate reservations. According to my searches here, you cannot combine two PNRs post-purchase.
