What should I do with a southwest one-way voucher and 42k points?
I have a voucher left over from before the program was changed (expires in August 2013)

I also have 42k points in my RR account.

I almost never fly, and southwest doesn't fly from the airport in my home location. What's the best way to liquidate these Southwest things? I'd like to get $ for them if possible
