This scam would be easy to pull on an airline that offers free liquor to all cabins (like BA international flights) as you could quite easily justify 300+ bottles disappearing from each flight as thirsty customers... but how did this go unnoticed at AA when they should have been seeing revenue for all those bottles.... that is an accounting oversight worthy of bankruptcy. No wonder.
