Thanks to this infos, we made it to the lounge and found the sleeping area to the left side of the lounge counter. There are 7 hard plastic surface beds, with hard fixed pillows. LH provides a small soft YC white pillow and smallish blue blankets.
They allow foods and beverage in there.
We managed to sleep for 3/4 hrs and it sure helped a lot.
Afterwards, we took a shower and walked over to the C Terminal to board our A380 flight.
