A better idea would be to call the property directly (not the 800#). Simply ask what the refund will be if you cancel. The remainder of the details are not significant. The chances of a refund are pretty slim. Howeer, you might be offered a voucher or somesuch.

I would also never use that TA again. The fact that this was all part of a package was something you should have known about before you signed on the dotted line.
