It's interesting to see how this has veered on and off thread - I didn't expect it when I started the topic!

One silly niggle from a LGW-DXB in J day before yesterday; I sometimes get a little annoyed by less than sincere Purser greetings (yes, I know that it's in their book of instructions!) but found myself strangely miffed when I was completely ignored by the purser...then asked one of the CC for some unheated nuts...another CC came back to me a few minutes later and asked me to tell him which meal I wanted served cold...yes, I was confused as well! All round a rather odd flight - and yes, I know I said "no moaning about crew" in the first post, but...
