there was the cabin crew seating on ox bottles in there seats for no reason. on
my Ham lhr not long ago they played the emergency video whilst we were in the air.BA lost hes way if you pay peanuts you get monkeys and the passenger pays for it.I dont want to be in a serious life treating situation with these guys.i dont blame them they are nice eye candy but 0 experience
where it matters the most.SAFETY
Now I have read a post where I can truly say that I do not believe a singel word.

Actually - I will say this. I am sick to death of this hyperbolic rubbish about Cabin Crew in general and MF in particular.. Not one crew in any airline would ever allow passengers to be deliberately frightened. Of course we josh and joke with the flight deck but no one would ever do this deliberately. This is scurrilous and frankly unkind to MF crew as makes them out to be airheads and morons. They are trained to the exact same standards as we are - they were new - do you not recall all the carry on when Gatwick took over the Long Hauls - nothing but complaints on here and we hear very little nowadays. These are I might add the people who fly the A318 to JFK to few complaints and mostly praise here.

I would go as far as to say that everyone should see the Emergency Vidoes at least once as you then think a little beyond the brand of Champagne that we happen to be serving that day - and ultimately that is not to frighten people but hopefully to empower them - but then who am I? I read Liz and Julie and remember reading this word for word over at AA Forum about the FAs when all the cuts came after 9/11. Look what is going on at the might Lufthansa - we don't tend to hear about the strikes with their CC but they are causing a lot of problems there are well. AF are about to make huge cuts and as for Iberia, different culture apart, that is the same story. I suspect that BA acted before the crowd as we don't have a Chapter 11 to sail through. Me? I'd sooner have a job and a salary than all the redundancy in the world. I've been there with BCAL (well I went into BA but saw what happened to others).

Lastly - No Toothy our beloved Elder CIHY does not wield a hairbrush. A hairbrush for him has been rendered long redundant.

Wait 'til he dons his monocle to read that!!!!
