I'm flying Aer Lingus next week, from Dublin to Milan, and I'm concerned about how strict the second carry on item size is being enforced. I normally travel with a second bag that holds my 17 inch laptop, which fits comfortable under the seat in front of me, but is larger then the prescribed allowance. What's been other experience with this sort of thing.
