JFK-YYZ on CX metal would require a lot of Avios, as a connection in HKG would be required.
JFK-YVR would be a different story.
i just assumed it was a typo and they were looking for JFK - HKG.....if JFK-YYZ, then, yes, only AA flies...i totally missed that...
