Not for the Z fare, the 28 day part. I printed the Fare Buckets of UA from this site, where do I find the Restrictions for these buckets?
You have to read the fare rules. I pulled them from ITA (http://matrix.itasoftware.com) but there are other sources, too. The fare rules will vary based on the city pair and season of travel, among other things. There is no hard-and-fast rule that all Z fares have a 28 day advance purchase, for instance. You have to look at the specific trip you want.

Tried that, just from EWR-GVA. Came up with a full-fare business.
Then that's the cheapest biz fare available based on your travel requirements.
