I stayed at Yangshuo Dongling Resort last October and have the highest praise. It's basic and clean and quiet, but a bit out of town (45 min walk or 10-15 min taxi). The best part is the family that runs it is extremely friendly and helpful at arranging trips in the area. Good breakfast and outstanding views (at least from our room).
