This is the message I sent via the complaint section of delta.com. Feel free to use it at will.

Hello -
I am writing to voice my displeasure with Delta denying access to AwardWallet. As a frequent traveler and Platinum Medallion, I have found AwardWallet an invaluable tool to keep track of my travel reservations and award point balances.

I sincerely hope your company chooses to reverse this customer unfriendly decision.
