It's now 11th Sep and charges have still not yet posted. CX says the ticket is issued successfully and they've got the payment.

Amex says that they have an auth hold since 27th Aug for the amount but CX hasn't posted the charge yet.

I'm confused. How can I force CX to charge me and get it over with?
