Since you give your credentials to third party tools, they have complete access to your information including TSA secure info, addresses, itineraries, etc. They can potentially cancel a ticket, transfer all your miles, etc. When that happens you'll go to Delta to fix it and they have to take that liability for no reason. Any third party tool will not own up and compensate customers for the free service they provide to customers when their systems are hacked or a fraud occurs. I doubt Awardwallet would even carry a liability insurance to cover all these circumstances.

I agree with a previous poster who said that Delta would not have issues if Awardwallet brings up a proposal to partner with them and follow mutual standards and compensate each other in agreeable ways for the setup.
