I'd put them on par. These are both Nordic companies, so don't expect anything like Asian premium service. Effective, friendly. The seats are a bit tired at both, catering again on par.
AFAIK AY have a better Asian coverage - BKK, SIN, HKG, NRT, KIX, NGO and a bunch of mainland China destinations.
