You post likes a perfect ads for GH Beijing while I have to say the club evening offer is VERY GREAT and I didn't expect there are so many people in the club during evening time which really surprise me during my first visit!

The GH Beijing surpassed my expectations in every way. So here's my review-

Location is good. Central Beijing, near Forbidden City and Tiannamen Square.

Hotel is huge. Typical of Grand Hyatt's. But not overwhelming. Lobby is large and spacious, with some bars/lounge areas along the entry inside.

We had used a Diamond Suite upgrade and were given the Grand Suite King on the 18th floor. I believe thats the 'standard' suite, and it was just fine. Very comfortable, decent size, clean, large walk in closet. Wife and I were quite pleased with the room.

The Grand Club Lounge BLEW US AWAY. Best Hyatt Club Room we've been to so far (and we've been to a bunch now). Larger than average breakfast and evening selections, including made to order items such as poached or scrambled eggs, omelettes, etc in the morning. And made to order items such as lamb skewers, turkey or beef burgers in the evening. Thats on top of numerous other hot and cold selection items such as sushi, dumplings, steam buns, cheese, cold cut meats, cereals, etc. Each day 5 or 6 different fresh juice selections, free alcohol, etc. And the Club Room staff was ON IT. Great service, day and night, including good concierge. And its a huge room (actually 2 rooms, including across the hall). All in all, its the best club I've seen yet.

On site restaurants were good. We had a quick lunch at the Grand Cafe one day, very enjoyable food. Oh and did the Peking duck at Made in China, and its NOT TO BE MISSED. Delicious and not even that pricey as we had feared. Very much enjoyed the decor and being able to see all the kitchen action going on through the glass.

Wife loved the fitness room, used it daily. We both got massages and were very impressed (open until 10pm!) with the relatively low prices (compared to most hotels that charge $150+) of around $80 per person.

High speed wireless internet worked flawlessly all over our room and in the Club lounge. We made a request for extra bottled water after the 1st day (its crazy hot and humid in Beijing), and after that, each night we had SIX bottles of water left for us.

Honestly, after maybe the GH Kauai, PH Buenos Aires, and perhaps a few other locations, this has to be one of my new favorite Hyatt's, and will be our "go to" for any future stays in Beijing.
