Hyatt Dulles doesn't have regency club while I think it is the good point since the breakfast buffet will be better. And I recommend Hyatt Dulles's breakfast. Really good quality!

We generally don't use much in the way of amenities or restaurants, mostly interested just in the standard guest rooms. It will probably be a points stay. Also, does either hotel have a Regency Club? If not, can you use points for a Regency Club level and get free breakfast instead?
