Yeah well, it IS dumb if you ask me because they aren't getting the money from me. So they can charge all they like, but I spent my money elsewhere. I would not have done that if their prices were more reasonable.

So, how is driving away your customers a good thing? Next time I probably won't even bother to check AC. I realize I'm only one person, but given how poorly this airline is managed, even you may imagine that others might feel the same, no?
