It would have been nice if they could have boosted phone support seeing that their online booking is crippled right now.

I am trying to redeem a Travel Voucher which won't go through online, and need to use multicity which also doesn't work.

When I called LAN, I was on a static-filled line for 30 minutes and they hadn't even verified my voucher yet ... very frustrating.

Can't book online, can't reasonably book over the phone :/
