I agree. I have used it several times, until now successfully, and I find it very useful. But on this occasion it was simply impossible to get the system to accept my payment. When trying to pay by phone, I was told I had to pay several hundred YTL extra because I was paying by phone.
Customer Relations have still not responded to my complaint, but in the meantime I have successfully rebooked the trip on the website - at a lower fare than originally quoted
