Thanks so much, ExitRowLegroom! It appears you got a nice agent at Princeton Junction and your being proactive was also conducive to the outcome. My take is YMMV but certainly very happy for those who are able to benefit from the situation (within reason) – hope we get to see more positive reports.
for now that is how I see it a 1 off , with a YMMV definitely the case. ERL for now Id say got lucky they hit upon an employee that was helpful but thats something Im not willing to rely on each and every time
