I wouldn't feel guilty for taking the food from the lounge. But I would hate myself for not actually experiencing the culture and dining that the destination actually offers. Yeah, it will cost some money but that's part of traveling. If I just wanted to eat random lounge food then why go to Switzerland?

Unless I am really tired, I almost force myself to go out and I'm almost always glad I did. I'm fairly lucky that the places I visit always seem to have interesting places to dine at (and interesting doesn't translate into expensive per se).

Here I'll yield. If it's a matter of time or just wanting a very light snack, some lounges are perfect.
