e.g. my home - water quality is good but I hate the taste - the water tastes like a triple doses of mineral from a Evian. So I buy water to drink - unfortunately it's not cheap to do so in Sweden.

Not most of Europe that tap water is safe - southern Europe is not.
That's why bottled water is really nice to have.
I'll give you the water at Disney World is terrible, I live near there but fortunately my water comes from a different source and tastes very good.
I don't find the water in southern Europe to be bad, in fact in Rome it's some of the best I've ever tasted. I also drank tap water in Greece, Spain, Croatia, and France and most of them had perfectly acceptable water.
