I almost always eat in the lounge when I'm away on business - if there is any available. I like to relax over a nice bite and a cold coke with my laptop or ipad, go through emails, and prepare for next day.

I guess I'm just too mentally tired to leave the hotel after spending 8 hours speaking Spanish, which is my fourth language, and I never bring company with me on business trips anyway. So I do all that I can to get myself comfy.
